A Box of Bits bought as part of a job lot

The bits were sorted, cleaned, the case was gilded, the movement overhauled and the clock restored to what is hoped original condition.

The movement has two going barrels which drive timepiece, calendar & moon phase.
Research with the helpful aid of Le Roy, Paris led to finding details of its origin.

LeRoy paris provided a copy of the original receipt showing that it was sold for 650 Francs to a Russian Francophile prince on March 4th 1864.
